Rough plan:

Using age-specific population, estimate proportion of the Race/Ethnicity population in each "contact class" (school, community, work, household contacts)
Apply these weight to the contact matrices to get 1 matrix

4 contact matrices being provided: school, community, work, household --> may not need to merge into 1 matrix

may be able to use equations with matrices to account for workplace vs school vs community.
