Updated tutorials taken from flepimop_sample

These changes were originally made in the flepimop_sample repo, and then copied over here

• Made major updates to plotting notebook for the "tutorials" - the simple configuration files in the examples/tutorials folder (formerly flepimop_sample). This notebook should work for most simple configs without many edits.
• Renamed folder from "tutorials_two_subpops" to just "tutorials" as this folder will likely have multiple examples in it, just just this one.

In addition: -updated test_cli.py to run config_sample_2pop_modifiers.yml instead of config_sample_2pop_interventions_test.yml because the latter was using out of date notation and wasn't even producing any modifiers.

I'm not aware of any specific issues this is addressing but it needed to be done to help with the "homework" and just overall in getting new ppl onboard quickly
