2783_muhuta shapefile boundary error and incorrect end date (new data) #100

Shapefile for Muhuta is a composite of Muhuta and Bugarama Communes. I haven't been able to verify that they were once a single commune. Muhuta is located in Rumonge Province from 3/26/2015 - present and Bujumbura Rural Province from 1/1/1800 - 3/25/2015.

Shapefile identified using GADM and HDX (level 2). Note: parentage is different in GADM file. However, commune boundaries did not change when communes switched provinces.
