Additional Ant properties

Attribute testIncludes: Pattern for classes to be included into the test run.
Attribute testExcludes: Pattern for classes to be excluded from the test run.
Element testProperties: Properties to be provided for the test run as
system properties implemented as Ant PropertySet type.
