corrected reference to "wad2xml" to "map2xml" #1

commands.sh references wad2xml.pl, but this script doesn't exist in any repo that I could find and the existing map2xml.pl does exist and appears to perform the expected function of that step.

Thanks! I can no longer remember if I'd renamed map2xml.pl during development, or just typo'd it while reconstructing a more manual process, but that's definitely the intended script to run.
