Clock=28 should be changed to Clock=25 #106

I noticed that the CPU speed setting still mentions "28" instead of the correct "25" MHz option. This is still interpreted correctly by Amiberry, but it should ideally be changed to 25, to avoid confusion - the option has been changed to 25 MHz in the GUI for a long time now.

I'm adding an OR clause in the Whdbooter, so that both 28 and 25 will set the same correct speed value, with the next update.

@midwan the change has been merged in. You have to wait for the next update of the file to see it applied (update is once every week as I recall). For testing you can check my own file version which I just regenerate.
