`FAST_RAM=8` is now default #107

Since Amiberry 5.x the setting FAST_RAM=8 is now default. It can be removed from the XML.

Any occurence to FAST_RAM=8 in the XML has been removed. It's still possible to set a value different than 8 though even if it doesn't make real sense now.
