Possible database issue #114

I just checked the whdload_db.xml file and it doesn't have the new version of Wonderboy in it. The official slave has been out for a few days now and Retroplay has it in his collection and your database was updated this morning. Is it an oversight or a scraping issue? http://www.whdload.de/games/Wonderboy.html

If it’s on the EAB FTP it will be automatically downloaded by the system during a weekly sync. The xml also refreshes more than once per week.

The wiki here I think says what day of the week that ftp sync is.

it will then require the “full db refresh” which might be a few days further.

So I’d always expect any new entry to be allowed a week before it appears in the xml. I’m a big fan of Wonderboy so I’ll keep my eyes peeled for this.

Looks like the latest ftp sync was Thursday (today) at 4am: there’s no Wonderboy in there, but neither can I connect to the EAB FTP manually, so perhaps there is an issue there.

Update:

Turran confirmed that there was a change to the FTP login, which has now been rectified. I've pulled through a manual sync of the FTP and Wonderboy is now held locally ready for scanning.
