Even though the pack is named Hybris_2.4_NTSC_1457, it looks like the salve has an option to choose between PAL/NTSC (and an Auto mode), so setting the emulator to NTSC is not required anymore.
Furthermore, it causes issues if you have your monitor set to 50Hz, as the audio will sync to the video, and will be slowed down (and sound screwed up).
