Proposed changes

I suggest modifying parameters to (for all versions)

PRIMARY_CONTROL=MOUSE
PORT0=MOUSE
PORT1=JOY
SCREEN_HEIGHT=200

Reason

Allow for a wider screen and most important will make the game playable. Doesn't work with JOYSTICK.

I've just updated Amiberry to latest stable (3.0) on a Pi3B+. Happy to proceed with further testing anytime.
