Controls: Help to change Weapon, Del to change item #59

Mapped these two to Left & Right shoulder, consistent with Ninja Remix.

Last Ninja 3 uses space, which defaults to Left Shoulder, to change weapons and items so with this update to Ninja 2, all three games will be consistent on Amiberry.
