custom controls - Last Ninja 2 #60

Mapped Help to Left Shoulder to change weapon and Del to Right Shoulder making Last Ninja 2 consistent with Ninja Remix (after my earlier patch).

Last Ninja 3 uses space, which defaults to Left Shoulder, to change weapons and items so with this update to Ninja 2, all three games will play consistently on Amiberry.
