Customcontrols for LastNinja2 / Ninja Remix #66

I was doing a sort of routine check and noticed the 2 commits from @darkglobe are still not being integrated to the XML. Both were about adding customcontrols.

Last Ninja 2 Ninja Remix

I saw the xml was properly still but without those additions. I haven't checked the logic behind those customcontrols yet but as I take it new blocks should have been added for the 2 games above.

Last night's update may have only been a 'minor scan' - i.e. only new games added to the XML.

Custom controls probably require a 'full scan' (weekly) to be picked up. The .controls fils have both made it to my host machine however

I am currently manually running the full update script, so let's see how it looks when that has finished
