Screen height changes for Turrican games 1 & 2 to 240, 3 to 256 #75

I'm still not there yet to the games starting with [T] in my testing :-) However the current settings I've staged for the Turrican are as follows: HEIGHT Turrican 1 & 2: 216 Turrican 3: 240
