Custom controls: cleaning + XML update: small fixes [N-R] #78

XML update: fixes for some games I've missed or overlooked.
Custom controls: linefeeds are so much fun... I've amended slightly the code of the "builder" to ensure linefeed are handled properly so we end up with a nice xml layout/easier to read. I then removed some .controls files which were having names not in the XML added others to be consistent between variants and ensure all missing linefeeds were there.

Not sure i understnad the Monkey Island naming thing... in that I dont understand why the ", The" is no longer present - as this is technically correct for the game. http://hol.abime.net/1859

Something to look at in the future though!
