Install error: no such file or directory, mkdir #93

I am trying to install 1.11.0 and it is throwing these errors

I have not used sphere in a long while. I had an old testnet version installed an old v2 beta for sidechains. I removed them and tried installing again and received the same error.

the horizen folder does not exist in the Roaming folder.

Clicking on OK on the error brings up the login screen.

Update: I tried creating an account and received the following error

I found the issue. There was no folder named horizen but there was a 0 byte file named Horizen. Perhaps some failed install. After deleting it installed with no errors.
