Top header elements not aligned when block chain not fully synced #13

The top header is expanded due to the 'Conn' display being too long resulting in extra header height and hiding text underneath.

This should be resolved with PR https://github.com/HorizenOfficial/insight-ui-zen/pull/14

I modified the header spacing by a few px for the different languages and I have tested the PR against an explorer that was not synced
