Added faucet link and banner and preview text #8

This PR included some changes to the common.css which should match up with the PR that cronic is awaiting to merge with one added style for the faucet banner to center of the screen if using a mobile device that has a screen width wider than smaller mobile devices (phones etc) but not large enough to have the layout like a desktop browser. I also made a slight change to the Horizen logo positioning.

Also included in this PR is an update to allow for the correct preview text to appear when linking issue #6

Thanks for this! I cherry picked as we had some conflicts which are easier to solve that way and I wanted to keep master free of ads. The faucet banner has been added to the faucet branch.

I've incorporated this into PRs #9 and #10
