Feature description: remove oni and arachnid from player selection, allow admins to use for events.
Lore justification (if applicable): these species currently do not have a lore reason to exist. If you wish to adopt them we may require changes to their mechanics and design.
Additional context: oni is just big melee human and arachnid are jankily implemented and weirdly sprited.
