About the PR

Revolutionary removed and everyone but the Captain has had their mindshields removed and becoming an antagonist allowed.

Closes issue #4 and closes issue #28 (we will wait for proper Mutiny to remove the captain's mindshield).

Why / Balance

HRP server, we will be able to administrate a bit more precisely to make sure these do not cause problems.
