🐛[BUG][Combat]Behemoth (NQ) Thunderbolt should not hit everyone in range #1034

What does this bug affect?

NQ Behemoth should only damage people in the ally with Thunderbolt. (KB hits everyone)

Steps to Reproduce

Stand next to behemoth without hate, get hit by thunderbolt even while watching another group fight.

Expected behavior

Stand next to behemoth without hate, don't get hit by thunderbolt.

Until I can figure it out - don't stand so close to him ;)
