🐛[BUG] No Ace angler title from gutting #1442

What does this bug affect? Gil and Title

Steps to Reproduce

Spend entire day fishing and find you you made less than 6k/hr from your 5hr fishing session.

Expected behavior

If this change was intended, tell people and post it on custom changes list to prevent others from wasting their time farming them as I did.

Having Zaldon gut the fish should also give a title.
