🐛[BUG][Combat] Skill up rates on low level monsters #1482

What does this bug affect? Receiving combat skill ups at high rate from low level monsters

Steps to Reproduce Engauge low level monsters in West Sarutabaruta(possibly other areas?) on higher level job and get skills ups to evasion and other defensive stats.

Expected behavior Should not be receiving skill ups

Hey, @Eihpets! Thank you for your report. Are you able to give some more details? What level were your skills, and what level were the mobs you were skilling up from? (roughly)
