What does this bug affect?
If you try to purchase a Rare item with one already in your inventory (a case of PAFO to see if it would award HQ RSE bottoms the second time) it will take the points but award no item.
Steps to Reproduce
Produce 120 points from Goldfish Scooping, purchase the RSE Bottoms and then attempt to purchase them again.
Expected behavior
Points should not be taken if an item cannot be awarded.

Odd that the event rewards are mismatched (HQ Body NQ Legs).
Saradorial is absolutely filling the chat log at a rate that makes even just following what he says when you speak to him normally difficult too.
