What does this bug affect?
If you use the gil option for Faursel, and say you'll pay 500000 gil whilst having lower than 500000 gil, he asks you if you're sure and allows you to pay for the pass, even though he shouldn't. Paying for the pass does not give the player the pass, but gives them the wrong dialogue as if they had the gil for it.
Steps to Reproduce
!additem tenshodo_invite + trade to Ghebi for Tenshodo Member's Card
Interact with Faursel; picked bottom option (blank) twice, then picked option to pay for pass with 500000 gil
Faursel tells you he will have the pass ready by next day.
Talking to Faursel anytime after (even a day wait) will trigger the same dialogue as if you never paid him 500000, allowing you to do the list/pay him again.
Expected behavior
He should deny you paying him if you have less than 500000 gil, and give different dialogue

I had 101182 gil upon talking to Faursel and the number did not change even though I got the dialogue saying it had succeeded
Also, teleports player correctly to Wajaom Woodlands if you use the 500000 gil option :)
