Steps to Reproduce
!zone Aht Urhgan Whitegate
Talk to Hadahda F-10 (complete finding all the letters, they are triggers/flags)
Go through the CS, talk to him immediately after.
Trade him the Sutlac you got from the end of the quest
Expected behavior
He shouldn't mention the letters after giving him them (needs checking on retail but I'm pretty certain on this, he should say "I wanted a snack..." instead)
He should give the player an Imperial Bronze Piece, not an Imperial Silver Piece.

What does this bug affect? Hadahda will talk about collecting the letters after already giving him them.
Also, the reward at the very end for trading him Sutlac is an Imperial Silver Piece, not an Imperial Bronze Piece.
