What does this bug affect?
Jazaraat does not use the 2hr "Wild Card" at all during the fight. Additionally when Jazaraat uses a TP move it does not show up in the combat log with the readying message before the message is used, for example there is no "Jazaraat readies Aegis Schism".
Expected behavior
Jazaraat's TP moves should have the normal readying message in the combat log prior to the move being used. Jazaraat should be able to use the 2hr "Wild Card" sometime during the fight.
