Was on a streak for clamming today, I hit 192 weight in my bucket. And proceeded to turn the items in. I had almost 20 open spaces in my inventory, which should've been enough for everything.
However, upon turning in. I only got these items from my bucket pictured above, equaling only 66 weight. However the full list of what I clammed was, keeping track with an app:

I was told to click the NPC multiple times to get the rest of my items by people in shout chat. However, talking to her just gives me the general clamming dialogue. I started the clamming streak on 22:28:38 PST 8/30/23. And ended the streak with turn-in at 22:44:08 PST of the same day.
Attached below are the results of each clamming attempt I kept track of using an app.
UPDATE: Some of the items she gave me did not stack, and refused to be dropped or sold. Relogging made them disappear, and the missing Jacknifes and Bibiki slugs show up in my inventory, however there are still other missing items.
Additional info: Trying to reproduce this. It seems like it happens sometimes when you go near/above 150 weight. I'll get multiple instances of items in my inventory, which I can't interact (stack, sell, or discard) with. Re-logging makes them appear as some of the proper items I was supposed to get. However I'll still be missing a random assortment of items I was supposed to acquire.
