What does this bug affect? Ranger Support Job grants Blast Shot and Blast Arrow to the user, if they have it learned, and it shouldn't

Steps to Reproduce Learn Blast Shot/Blast Arrow, equip appropriate weapon on WAR/DRK/SAM etc

Expected behavior Shouldn't grant Blast Shot or Blast Arrow, as these are Ranger main exclusive
