What does this bug affect?
The smithing item Rising Sun (an presumably Rising Sun +1) can not be desynthed
Steps to Reproduce
Use a lightning crystal on a Rising Sun and you will get the text "synthesis canceled, that combination of materials cannot be synthesized"
Expected behavior
It should desynth into the following:
Yield: Mercury x 1
HQ 1: Gold Nugget x 4
HQ 2: Gold Nugget x 6
HQ 3: Tama-Hagane x 1
