I cannot progress the Nation questline of Windurst currently and I'm suck between the NPC asking for the item and not receive the item to progress the story to 2-2
Steps to Reproduce
(As far as I know)
Did the 2-1 quest Windy quest in a 2 person party as the leader in a party.
The 2nd person in the party found the rock first
Expected behavior
Search Fossil rocks to find Lapis
Setup Information
Windows 10
Current version or HorizonXI as of 10/28/23
Additional context
There was also a span of login between the accepting the quest and doing the quest between versions that might of affected it, I'm not positive on the situation
