What does this bug affect?

Not able to desynth mythril pick

Steps to Reproduce

lightning crystal + mythril pick

Expected behavior

per https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Mythril_Pick?oldid=126443 Yield: Elm Lumber x 1 HQ 1: Elm Lumber x 1 HQ 2: Mythril Nugget x 4 HQ 3: Mythril Nugget x 6

Hopefully someone has a better idea for this than what I came up with. Getting the equip slot for an item adds a lot of time complexity.
