Opening cutscene freeze #1803

I have a level 11 character that I have been playing. After the launcher update today, 11/17/2023, the opening cutscene plays like I just created a new character and freezes. I have the opening cutscene turned off in the settings but it still keeps playing and freezing.

I created a new character and its working just fine. I still can't log into my original. I logged out in the moghouse if that makes a difference.

GM had to move me out of the mog house.
