🐛[BUG][Combat] When using Diabolos's Nether Blast on wyrms, it doesnt get its dmg cut in half. #1809

What does this bug affect? Wyrms (vrtra/tia/jorm), take 50% dmg from magic and ranged attacks, currently Nether Blast is doing its full dmg, when it is a magic ranged attack.
