Steps to Reproduce
Use exp scroll in an area affected by conquest while under the effect of signet, and region influence for your nation will increase significantly.
Expected behavior
Unsure as currently don't have a retail account, but logging here as recommended by a GM as something to look into. Due to the buffed amounts of exp gained from scrolls, it makes it possible to flip a zone in <1min if you hold onto your exp scrolls until right before tally, which could have a significant impact on conquest if utilised even by a small-ish group of people.
