🐛[BUG][System]Spirit Lantern buff not adding any MAB / magic damage + #1813

**What does this bug affect?** Spirit lantern buff is not adding anything to blm **Steps to Reproduce** Equip spirit lantern, use item, do not change the ranged slot, cast a black mage damaging spell. If anything your damage goes down from not having int in the ranged slot. The buff is indeed removed if you swap the spirit lantern. Have tested this while level synced and uncapped, same result. **Expected behavior** For the buff to add 10 MAB **Screenshots** No screenshots **Setup Information** ver 30230905_0 **Additional context** nothing
