What does this bug affect?
Equipping Shiva Shotel caused Shield Skill to overflow to a maximum ammount, might be visual but better safe than sorry
Steps to Reproduce
Equip Shiva Shotel or presumably any Negative Shield Skill equipment while having no native shield skill
Expected behavior
Presumably the shield skill overflows Screenshots
Setup Information
Windows 10, Latest game version
Additional context
no shield merits at all, no native shield skill on either drk or nin
