🐛[BUG] Starlight Celebration Duplicate Reward Issue #1827

Quest

Doing the starlight mini-quest where you flee around in East Ronf. I already had the Silberkranz furnishing reward and it tried to give it to me again (which the game never tries to give you a R/E item you already have). So I dropped it and then it acted like I never completed the quest.

Steps to Reproduce

Put the Silberkranz in your inventory and they keep completing the quest until it tries to give it to you again.

Expected behavior

It should give me a different reward other than the Silberkranz.

A GM has already returned my furnishing to me.
