What does this bug affect?
The Fomor TP move "Aegis Schism" should only reduce the defense of players hit, not deal any damage. I am unsure of this is the case for the Dynamis Hydra monsters, but I suspect it should behave similarly to the CoP Fomors.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Give a Fomor TP to execute the weaponskill "Aegis Schism"
2) Take damage when you shouldn't
Expected behavior
The TP move "Aegis Schism" should simply bypass any shadows a player possesses to inflict a potent Defense Down, rather than dealing damage and applying a Defense Down.

Additional context
Additionally, not sure where to put it, but here's a video from May 20, 2007 in which a Fomor performs the TP move on a player without dealing damage or removing shadows and strictly applying the Defense Down.

I understand that this date is past Horizon's current "Era," but I am fairly certain it behaved like this before Treasures of Aht Urghan as well and finding a video even older than this is particularly onerous.
