What does this bug affect?
Apparently I've been able to level up in Alchemy, handing in Guild Test items without having ever been a member of the guild. I came across a recipe that I felt I needed Synthesis Support for, but Azima and the others wouldn't give me the option for support as I wasn't a member of the guild.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a character start leveling up a craft without ever talking to said craft's guild master. Turn in Guild Test items and you'll be able to level up with no obstacles.
Expected behavior
Abd-al-Raziq should tell me to gtfo when I try to turn in Guild Test items.
