What does this bug affect?
The NM Viscount Morax in Castle Zvahl Keep has a bugged Astral Flow. When NM used Astral Flow, he summoned a Titan. The Titan did not use his 2 hour blood pact (no damage/ability went out at all). The titan remained out auto attacking me, along with the NMs normal summon. After the NM died, the Titan did not despawn and continued to auto attack.

I've only encountered the NM once on the server, but someone else had a similar experience about a year ago.
Steps to Reproduce Pop Viscount Morax in Keep and wait for him to 2 hour.
Expected behavior NM should 2 hour, including the avatars special 2 hour blood pact, and then the avatar should despawn afterwards I believe?
