What does this bug affect?
It seems that if you uncap your fps after you cast /fish the time it takes to find a fish, play the fatigue game, and able to fish again goes super quick.
Steps to Reproduce
Type /fish to cast your rod then type /fps 0 to uncap your fps. Once reeled in type /fps 1 to cast your rod and type /fps 0 to do it all over again. It seems if you leave your fps uncapped with /fps 0 you will just repeatedly get the error you dont catch any fish.
Expected behavior
I would hope that uncapping your fps wouldn't cause this game system to function this way. This seems to be unfair and might be considered cheating.
