🐛[BUG][System] Halycon rod breaks on Bastore Bream #773

What does this bug affect? Halycon rod breaks on Bastore Bream with bad feeling message at level 70+2+4 (the level shouldn't actually matter)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fish Bastore Bream (I was using halycon rod + crayfish paste at level 70+2 (adv support) + 4 (fishing gear)
  2. Get bad feeling message, deplete stamina, reel in fish
  3. Rod has a chance of breaking

Expected behavior Halycon should only have a chance to snap the line on Bastore Bream

Additional context Both great-blue and ffxiclopedia show only line snaps for halycon:

To contradict my own post, Setzor's data in spreadsheet says that bastore bream can break a halycon rod: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iYpLZy4akiutg0ewQYOcs30JvvzT9z4fxsPGtW-Nhyc/edit#gid=1558421792

So this might not actually be a bug.
