This PR provides an alternative way to connect to hosts, which relies on Terminus, for SSH connections requiring "interactivity" (FIDO challenge, PIN, OTP, ...).
When (if) Win32-OpenSSH supports "control master" feature (see https://github.com/PowerShell/Win32-OpenSSH/issues/1328), SSHubl will eventually be compatible with Windows platform.
