[DISTROS] Add support for Elementary OS #83

Add a simple ASCII logo for ElementaryOS, so it doesn't display the Ubuntu one.

Description

See above. Could definitley be improved by someone with more artistic skills than me.

Reason and / or context

Not required, but just very nice.

How has this been tested ?

Tested on my Elementary OS Hera install. (Really just Ubuntu Bionic.)
