at what point will upsampling layers be supported (like ResizeNearestNeighbor)? or do you have a workaround to support similar functionality?
my use-case is to get yolov3 to run on the horned sungem (without the yolo layers). i am able to get the 13x13 grid detections, but without some upsampling layer i cant get the 26 & 52 grid detections.
