"Timeout FINISHED sessions back to PLAINTEXT" does not work #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check "Timeout FINISHED sessions back to PLAINTEXT"
2. Wait until a remote node terminates a session

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The session should revert to PLAINTEXT.

Instead, the session hangs in FINISHED (shows when you click the lock icon), 
making it impossible to send messages until the session is manually terminated, 
and causing extremely annoying, HTML-ridden "The following message received 
from ... was NOT encrypted" messages. (Please also remove the HTML tags from 
those system messages.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

MirOTR.dll v.0.11.0.3 [2011-07-17 19:07:26+0100] - Miranda OTR |Unicode aware|
Miranda IM Version: 0.10.8.0 Unicode [running inside WOW64]
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Business Edition, 64-bit Service Pack 1 
(build 7601)

Please provide any additional information below.

Remote user is using Pidgin.
