First step here: define what we mean by a "bad" plot, and identify some motivating examples (Ashford Walk in Centre as above is one such example)
22/01/2019 - Will check all charts for the following :
Report the findings: Checked issues 1 and 2 and all are good.
Issue 3:
1st provider - 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
2nd Provider, 3rd and 4th do not have any issues.
5th provider - Alfred Bean Hospital reveal some issues:

for charts: Country -> England -> Provider Level - 6th to 10th providers
6th provider - Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Work out why some providers do not plot anything (and return
NULL
), some will just show the axes, others will just show a horizontal line. Is this to do with the data itself or something in the code? If it is the data; produce an appropriate error message rather than a blank plot.Without having looked too much at this issue, I don't think that it is because data runs out for certain providers because some plots with this issue will still show the points up until the data runs out (e.g. Ashford Walk in Centre).
