Publish the updates to NPM & Setup Travis

A bunch of things were fixed in #55, but the changes aren't on npm.

@rwaldron @coolaj86 @treasonx can one you publish the latest changes to npm or give me publish rights to npm ? PS: on npm, is jQuery abandoned in favour of jquery?

@coolaj86 you are the only one who can configure travis on the repo.. yml file is already in place, you just need to flip the switch in travis

The jquery project is in the process of taking over the jquery name on NPM with an official release.
