added support for https://mineskin.org/ #40

mineskin lets you upload custom skins for free and if you use the link you got the skin from in the command ex /bot create amongus https://mineskin.org/60800aef6e6748a19942c06f6af0f81d it gets the skin from mineskin and applies it to the bot

@Bigtruck2 can you please close this PR, make a new branch called "mineskin" put your changes there and then open another PR from that branch? (as far as I know) it isn't possible to cherry pick commits in a PR
